This field records the identification of the manufacturer and the manufacturer’s item number against items defined in the database. You can create multiple relationships between an item and manufacturers. Items can be queried using the manufacturer’s number, the manufacturer, or any combination thereof.

This topic displays the manufacturers for the physical item object currently being viewed. The name, code, and reference number of the manufacturers are displayed. Manufacturer references can only be added and removed from physical items that are not approved.
